1. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A package is considered confirmed once a confirmation email, voucher, or payment receipt has been issued. MyAmazingHolidays.com reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its sole discretion.

2. Travel Documents

Guests must ensure they carry valid ID proofs, travel tickets, permits, and other required documents. MyAmazingHolidays.com is not responsible for delays, denial of entry, or losses due to incomplete documents.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer. The cancellation policy for travel packages is as follows:

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the tour start date are eligible for a refund (only transaction/GST/service charges will be applicable).
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 20 to 11 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 10 days of the tour or in case of no-shows will not be refunded.
• Early Withdrawal: If a traveller leaves the tour mid-way, no refund will be provided for unused services.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully with staff, guides, and fellow group members. Any misconduct, unlawful activities, or damage to property (vehicles, hotels, sightseeing locations) may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5. Luggage & Personal Belongings

MyAmazingHolidays.com is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal belongings. Travellers are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.

6. Tour Itinerary & Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to bad weather, road conditions, political issues, or operational reasons. Alternate arrangements will be made when possible, but refunds for such changes are not guaranteed.

7. Liability Disclaimer

MyAmazingHolidays.com will not be held responsible for delays, natural calamities, accidents, medical emergencies, or other incidents beyond our control. Travellers participate at their own risk.

8. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities. Any suspicious activity may lead to restricted access or legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data collected during booking is processed as per our Privacy Policy. We never sell user information and only use cookies to enhance website performance and experience.

10. Health & Safety

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Please inform the team in advance if you have any health conditions that may require special assistance.
